Dyson Class visit Woodthorpe Garden Centre

Dyson class have been learning about plants during their science lessons. The children had a wonderful time at Woodthorpe Garden Centre.

Trish showed us how to plant seeds, plants and bulbs and then we all had a go at doing it ourselves. She helped us to name the parts of the plant and told us how to care for them.

We looked round at all the different plants. We even saw some cacti and Venus fly traps! Thank you Woodthorpe Garden Centre!
