Joseph Begley from Hits Radio visits Theddlethorpe Academy

On Wednesday, Joseph Begley from Hits Radio (formerly Lincs FM) paid us a surprised visit and spoke to the children about the 1 Million Steps initiative of Cash For Kids, which raises money to ensure that children have an a meal during school holidays.

We are looking to walk 1 Million Steps on Thursday 2nd May.

In addition, Joseph hosts the radio breakfast programme during the morning, which include a game of hide-and-seek.

As part of the game, he asks children from local schools to describe a famous place in the world – then each morning they give a different clue to the mystery location and the audience must try to guess the answer! As a result there will be 5 children from Theddlethorpe Academy giving out the clues next week Monday to Friday at 7.40am. Please tune in!
