Careers Fair at Theddlethorpe Academy

This week our year 5 / 6 pupils were invited to a careers fair at the Academy. It was a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to learn about the services that are provided by local businesses. Company representatives from animal welfare, security alarms, electricians, health care, librarians, and child care providers were present at the event.

Through conversations with the various employers, the pupils were able to obtain an insight of the roles / jobs that were associated with their professions as well as the skills that are necessary to be successful in today's industry.
